Ngororero town is short of residential houses

Residents in Ngororero town have said that though lodging services are improving, residents and people from neighboring districts looking for residential houses to rent are facing challenges.

The available houses for rent are small, built like commercial houses in congested manner, which forces many people to work in Ngororero town but reside outside, residents, explain.

Ferdinand Ndayambaje, a business man confirms that lack of spacious houses especially to people with many family members is still a stumbling block to development of Ngororero town.

Civil workers fear that this housing problem might hinder the ministry of local government’s program that requires them to reside in their areas of occupation for effective service delivery.

Workers in Ngororero district request the entrepreneurs to invest in building residential and commercial houses and promote job creation in Ngororero town.
