Ubuyobozi bukuru bw’igihugu burasaba ubuyobozi bw’uturere n’imijyi gutegura amasite yo kubakaho imidugudu n’imijyi nta kajagari kuko byagaragaye ko birimo byubakwa nabi.

Ibi akaba ari kimwe mu byagarutsweho na minisiteri ishinzwe imyubakire mu gihugu, mu mwiherero w’abayobozi bakuru wabereye i Gabiro.

Nk’uko bitangazwa na Mutakwasuku Yvonne; umuyobozi w’akarere ka Muhanga; abayobozi b’uturere kimwe n’abandi bashinzwe imyubakire ku midugudu n’imijyi basabwe ko bashyira gahunda nziza mu myubakire kuko byagaragaye ko imyubakire iriho idahwitse.

Mutakwasuku akomeza avuga ko basabwe kujya bategura amasite bagafata imwe ku mudugudu ikaba ariyo ibanza kuzuru izindi zikazaba zubakwa nyuma iyabenje ikabanza ikuzura. Ibi bikaba biri mu rwego rwo guca akajagari kagaragara mu myubakire mu Rwanda.

Ibi kandi akaba aribyo bigomba no gukorwa mu mijyi itandukanye y’igihugu aho naho hagomba gutegurwa amasite yo kubakwaho, imwe yateguwe ikabanza igakora karitsiye.

Ku kibazo cy’uko hari ababoneka batishimiye site igezweho ngo bagomba kuyitegereza ikuzura kugeza iyo bashaka igezweho nayo mu gihe yumva atayitegereza nawe agomba kubaka kuri iyo igezweho.

Ubuyobozi bukuru bugaragaza ko iyi gahunda izafasha mu gukura imijyi yo mu Rwanda kuko ubundi itakuraga ku buryo bugaragara kuko yubakwaga mu kajagari.

Ibi kandi bizanafasha ko imijyi itari mike ishobora kuvuka cyane ko gahunda za leta zisaba ko abanyarwanda bajya batura mu mijyi kurusha uko batura mu byaro kugirango mu byaro hakorerwe indi mirimo nk’iy’ubuhinzi n’ubworozi.

Abadashoboye gitura mu mijyi bategekwa gutura ku midugudu; ari nayo ishobora kuzagenda ivukamo imijyi kuko igomba kugezwaho ibikorwa remezo kuburyo bworoshye.

Politike ya leta ivuga ko abanyarwanda 70% bagomba kuba batuye mu mijyi mu mwaka wa 2017 naho abasigaye 30% bakaba batuye mu midugudu.

About 7800 families that reside on steep mountains on under the mountains and who are at the risk of being affected by natural disasters are to evacuate and to be settled in settlement villages.

According to Mr. Gideon Ruboneza the mayor of Ngororero district, this district has a great number of its inhabitants affected by this problem in all districts of Rwanda. The district has a plan of evacuating people living in dangerous places before rainy period so as to protect people and their properties form natural disasters.

Though leaders are ready to help evacuate these people, some people delay the process hoping that the government will build for them even when they are capable of doing so as Pascal Ntawuryiha a resident of Gatumba district said.

The district mayor said that this program has to be well respected because when people die, it is the government’s loss. He said that those who are capable of building for themselves will be followed and those who are cannot be supported and to settle them in villages as soon as possible.

In the last rainy season, houses, farms, animals, people’s properties were destroyed and even 4 people lost their lives and 36 people in all over Rwanda were killed by natural disasters and that is why solutions must be reached before to avoid the occurrence of other tragedies.

Hashize igihe akarere ka Muhanga gakomeje kuvugawaho iki kibazo cy’imiturire mibi kuko usanga hari n’abaturage bagiye bahitanwa n’inkangu biturutse kuri iyu miturire. A variety of colourful flowers makes a difference

A house’s garden is only as good as the soil in which it is planted. If you take good care of the soil, then the flowers and plants that spring from the soil will also be healthy. As such, we need to add proper water and nutrients to the soil to make it look good and also produce good springs from it.

We need to add flowers with bold colors which are always a great component to any home garden. There are many different types of flowers that can be added to a garden’s mix and all of them have their own unique value. However, brightly colored flowers have much special appeal.  They can make any environment that they are in cheerful and lovely .This will make your home very inviting to everyone.

You will need to keep weeds out of your gardens just as you wish the best and the brightest flowers to remain in there. Weeds can harm the plants and the flowers that are in the garden and also undermine the visual value of your garden. That is why it is always critical to always look out for any of the weeds and do eliminate them as the come up.

The next thing that you will look at is the pests which will have to go. Just as weeds are not needed in your garden, so are pests such as insects. They can all wreck havoc on a garden. When you spot them, make sure you take the proper steps to evict them! If a pesticide you bought doesn’t work, you will probably need to call a professional to come and help you with the pests.

Now that all is done, adding fertilizer at regular intervals will be needed as well. This will provide any benefits to the plants and flowers in the garden. As a result, your garden will remain healthy and alive.

Remember if you follow all the above, your garden will be safe, secure, healthy, and appealing. You will have the best of gardens that you have always dreamed of.

People who make up the land commission in all districts in Rwanda say that polygamy is one of the reasons that hinder land registration in many districts in the country.

As many people come to register land and even claim rights on certain land and it delays the process as some are even not known in such places.

Eng. Didier Giscard Sagashya the deputy director for the department that is in charge of land and land registering gave an example in Nyamagabe district where 10 women claimed rights on one man’s land saying that they all gave birth to children with him and they all wanted their children to have a rights to this plot of land.

According to the rights of land, a land can be registered on one person but includes all people that have direct influence and rights to it so as to avoid conflicts And injustices.

Sagashya also said that a problem of relatives who don’t trust and misunderstand each other is also a hindrance to land registration and it causes problems of inheritance.

Another problem that has been solved is of islands if which during the regime of Gikoloni, all islands were for the government and not privately owned and it was a problem because many people were settled on them.

It was later solved and lands on islands were registered on people that had settled there and lands from small islands are counted on the government.

The natural forest of Gishwati also caused problems in land registration as they were given to people to settle in long time ago but now it must be turned back to the government.

Hateguwe ingemwe zizagenda ziterwa ku nkengero z’imihanda ,kandi n’ahazaca imihanda hamaze kuboneka nk’uko Ndayambaje William ushinzwe ubutaka mu karere ka Nyabihu yabitangaje.    Kugeza ubu imirenge 2 imaze gutera ibiti ku nkengero z’imihanda naho ingo zirenga 44427 zimaze gutuzwa mu midugudu.
