With the support of the Ministry of Local governments (MINALOC), 9 houses are being built for the poor people in Muringa sector in Nyabihu district.
These 9 houses will be worth Rwf3.7Million as Francois Rwamucyo a worker who is in charge of social welfare in Nyabihu district said and this money was already given.
These houses are being built for the poor who were historically marginalized in a way of helping them to live well and one house has 6meters to 8 meters and these houses will be given to their owners in May this year 2012.
As Rwanda is rushing to attain development, measures are being taken in a way of help the poor people so as to fight against poverty and that is the reason houses are being built for these poor and historically marginalized.
Programs like ‘Girtinka Munyarwanda’, ‘Ubedehe’ and others are used to help poor Rwandans to get out of poverty.
